Salary: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Department Supervisor.
• Review and build orders based on schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Operate electrical and mechanical hand tools including but not limited to rulers, cutters, strippers, screwdrivers, and crimpers.
• Identify and communicate quality, drawing, or inventory discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and orderly work area.
• Attend work regularly and promptly, participating in required training and meetings, as necessary.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Possess basic math, reading and comprehension skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a team member
• Ability to utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with team members
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• The ability to arrange items or actions in a certain order/pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules
• Detail-oriented, focused, and flexible
• Ability to use small hand tools including but not limited to rulers, cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers
• Ability to work on your feet for an extended period
