Position: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Detroit, MI

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at our Detroit facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC troubleshooting, programming, and electrical systems, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical problems using advanced PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Program and optimize PLC systems for enhanced equipment performance.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Complete PLC wiring and installation tasks, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Test motor-controlled devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, and other electrical components.
• Apply electrical theory to test and operate electrical machinery, control equipment, and circuitry.
• Work with 480 VAC 3-phase motor control systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Hands-on experience with PLC wiring and electrical installations.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as an electrician in an industrial setting.
• Solid experience in supporting industrial operations, including locating and diagnosing electrical system issues.
