Salary: $15 + DOE

A great company in Russellville is looking for Maintenance personnel! This position is dayshift and Mon-Fri! The company uses Extrusion Blow Molding Machines to make jugs!
 
Job Duties:

  • Performs maintenance on molds and machines.

  • Clean and maintain molds and equipment.

  • Perform inspections on mold components.

  • Repair any damage to the mold or machinery.

  • Swapping out molds.

  • Creating reports on the molding machines to track maintenance performed or issues that arise with the equipment.

  • Must be well versed in the safety procedures regarding machine operation.

  • Any duty as needed to keep the production plant maintained. 
Requirements:
  • Previous maintenance experience.
  • Highly skilled with various tools and ability to read blueprints and repair manuals.
  • Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
  • Experience performing routine maintenance.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
  • Strong time management skills.
