Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Logistics / Warehouse

Location: Multiple Locations throughout Inland Empire
Pay: $18.50-$20.50

Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerks to support logistics and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and experience handling shipping documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipment paperwork.
Enter shipment data into company systems with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate freight movements with yard personnel and forklift operators.
Print shipping documents and maintain organized records.
Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding shipment details and scheduling.
Ensure all shipments are processed in compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in shipping/receiving or logistics preferred.
Strong data entry and computer skills.
Experience working with BOLs and shipping documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
