Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Field Mechanic to respond to service calls from farmers and agricultural businesses, specifically focusing on addressing equipment breakdowns and malfunctions in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on-site and perform necessary repairs
• Use welding equipment and metalworking tools to repair structural damage, build supports, or modify machinery to meet specific requirements.
• Respond to service calls from farmers and agricultural businesses to address equipment breakdowns and malfunctions in the field.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agricultural Mechanic.
• Expertise specifically with hay balers is essential.
• Problem-solving abilities
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Effective communication

Pay: $30-$35/HR - based on skill levels
