Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatcher to join the team of a water treatment company in the South and West Metro area. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. This position is vital to maintaining the company’s reputation for prompt and reliable service. In addition, you will be assigned related work as it comes along and the need arises within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Service Calls: Receive incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms. Assess the nature of the request and dispatch appropriate service personnel to the job site.
  • Schedule Management: Efficiently manage technician schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Learn the business and how to prioritize urgent service calls and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians. Provide updates to customers regarding service appointments, including estimated arrival times and any delays. Relay detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively address any scheduling conflicts, equipment issues, or unforeseen challenges that may arise during the dispatch process. Keep customers informed of any changes or adjustments to their service appointments.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, including customer information, job details, and service technician assignments. Ensure all relevant documentation is accurate, complete, and updated.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner. Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with service technicians, managers, and other team members to streamline operations and optimize service delivery. Share feedback and insights from reviewing work to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.


  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and computer systems

Experience Required:

·         Previous experience in a dispatching or customer service role is preferred


·         High school diploma or equivalent is required


Monday- Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM
