Responsibilities include:

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
• Set up new computers, laptops, and mobile devices for end-users.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components, including operating systems, applications, and utilities.
• Set up new computers, laptops, and mobile devices for end-users.

Requirements:

 

• Basic computer skills
• Great typing skills
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software
