Company located in Flowood is seeking a customer service professional for their Customer Service Representative position. An outgoing and friendly personality is a MUST!!! Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm. Great benefits!

Responsibilities include:

• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Helping walk-in customers with a smile and a true sense of urgency
• Accurately entering orders
• Answering customer inquires concerning inventory levels
• Resolving customer complaints
• Obtaining an extensive knowledge products offered and how to install them
• Processing Returns
• Handling backorders
• Creating reports
• Monthly billings
• Assisting with marketing projects

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 calendar years of experience 
• Basic computer skills
• Great organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
