Our client in Marion is looking for a Office Manager/Payroll Specialist!

General Duties:

  • Oversee and direct payroll procedures.
  • Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
  • Monitor the accurate processing of staff or client appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Report balancing.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within for prospective clients.
  • Setting up job bids
  • Following up on job quotes
  • Data Entry


  • Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An analytical mind and good math skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Must have previous management experience.


  • Schedule is flexible.
  • Preferred hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm


  • $41,600 - $62,400
  • Pending Experience
