Brake Press Operator

Salary: $18.00

Job Duties: 

• Proficiently operate brake press machinery to bend, shape, or form metal sheets or plates according to specified requirements 
• Set up and calibrate brake press equipment for specific jobs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications 
• Reading blueprints: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, or job orders to determine the appropriate bending sequences, angles, and dimensions 
• Quality Control, maintenance, and troubleshooting 

Requirements: 

• Experience with machine operations 
• Able to read blueprints 
• Good mathematical skills 
• Able to stand for long periods of time 
• Have good hand - eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling materials and operating machinery
• Lift heavy materials 

Work Schedule: 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday with OT as needed
