Salary: $16/HR+

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Mechanic in the Oklahoma City area. This position will consist of inspecting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining various types of vehicles, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble engine components, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical parts
• Perform cutting and fabrication tasks to repair or modify metal components
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Using hand and power tools
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $20/HR+ DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 5PM 

Requirements:

• Providing own tools a plus
• Previous experience with mechanical work
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Previous experience with hand and power tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
