Salary: $50,000-$60,000/year

Job Summary:  Full-time opening with a 35 year plus, established CPA firm, who is heavily involved in the local community. They are looking for a Bookkeeper to manage multiple client accounts.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Handling monthly client bookkeeping for various companies in real time
  • Monthly & quarterly write up
  • Payroll tax returns
  • Quarterly payroll tax returns
  • Sales tax returns
  • Adjusting journal entries
  • Business licenses
  • W-2 & 1099 preparation

Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:

  • FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week (some OT required during tax season, BUT the firm closes for 2-3 days following Tax Day each year)
  • $50,000-$60,000/year depending on experience
  • Full benefits package including 401k with match; health, dental, & vision insurance, flexible schedule; PTO

Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit:

  • MS Office, Adobe, Quickbooks Desktop & Online experience preferred
  • Willingness to work OT when needed (see schedule, pay, & benefits above)
  • B.S. in Accounting preferred
  • Public accounting experience/tax experience a plus
  • Good work ethic; punctual & dependable; take pride in your work
  • Good teamwork & communication skills
  • Drug-free; background check
