Machine Operator – Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

Pay: $17.00/hr
Location: Rock Hill, SC

We’re adding a Machine Operator to support daily production and ensure equipment runs smoothly and safely. This role involves operating multiple types of machinery, handling setup tasks, and maintaining consistent quality throughout each shift.

What You’ll Do

• Run several types of equipment, including foil packaging machines, powder and bottle fillers, a paper cutter, and an ultrasonic welder
• Set up machines with the correct materials and complete all required setup and quality documentation
• Make routine adjustments, swap print rolls, and handle minor troubleshooting to keep production moving
• Use a touch‑screen foil packaging system that relies on rolling materials and adhesives
• Perform visual inspections and follow all GMP/ISO standards
• Keep the work area organized and clean
• Work with team members to stay on schedule and meet production expectations
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

What You Need

• At least 2 years of machine operating experience or a related technical certification
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand how equipment functions
• Strong attention to detail and solid quality awareness
• Ability to read and work with GMP/ISO documentation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email)
• Dependability, good communication skills, and a commitment to steady full‑time work
