Building Maintenance Technician

An apartment complex in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate seamlessly manages work orders and turnovers for a 500-unit multifamily residential property.

What you’ll be doing as a Building Maintenance Technician

• Comprehensive maintenance services for a 500-unit multifamily residential property, including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, plumbing, boiler maintenance, and appliance repair.
• Efficient management of apartment turnovers to ensure quick re-rental and tenant satisfaction.
• Timely snow removal and morning grounds cleanup for a pristine and safe environment.
• Rotational on-call duty to promptly address emergencies and maintain uninterrupted service for residents.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Building Maintenance Technician

• 3+ years of previous building maintenance or residential maintenance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License

• $17- $21 hourly
• Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Ann Arbor, 48105
