Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday

 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking two dedicated individuals to join our team as Elevator Workers. This role involves outdoor work and may require very long hours during harvest time. Candidates with allergies or those unable to commit to extended hours may not be suitable for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading grain in the elevator facility.
• Operate machinery and equipment used in grain handling processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the elevator facility.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work efficiently and cooperatively with team members to meet production goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

 

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work long hours, especially during harvest season.
• Physical stamina and endurance to perform manual labor tasks.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
