Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $16–$18 per hour

Warehouse / Parts Delivery Associate (Entry-Level)

This entry-level role supports daily warehouse operations while also handling periodic local parts delivery and pickup. The position involves hands-on work in a supply warehouse environment and regular interaction with customers and drivers. This is a fast-paced, sometimes stressful role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a tough skin. Not for everyone—but a strong fit for those who take pride in getting the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse / Parts Delivery Associate (Entry-Level)

Load and unload products in a warehouse and supply environment
Pull, stage, and organize inventory accurately
Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
Deliver and pick up parts as needed using a Silverado 1500 pickup truck or similar full-size truck
Provide professional, respectful customer service during deliveries and warehouse interactions
Operate a forklift (experience preferred; training available if needed)
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Required Qualifications

Warehouse / Parts Delivery Associate (Entry-Level)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) must be run and meet company standards
Basic computer skills and ability to perform simple math
Strong common-sense problem-solving skills
Ability to meet or exceed daily expectations in a high-activity environment
Comfortable working in stressful situations and responding professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Warehouse / Parts Delivery Associate (Entry-Level)

HVAC product knowledge
Forklift experience
Prior warehouse or parts handling experience
