Position Details

As an Operator, you'll help us create quality products by preparing and performing tasks to set up, operate and monitor all components of the production line.

• Set up, operate and monitor assigned machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret shop drawings in order to program equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished product is produced within established deliverables
• Make necessary adjustments to equipment to meet product quality standards
• Troubleshoot common equipment and quality issues
• Meet daily productivity goals
• Inspects equipment for safety
• Operate overhead crane as needed to load and unload product
• Prepares orders for shipment
• Participation in continuous improvement

Experience/Skills

• 1 Year experience operating relevant machinery/equipment in manufacturing environment
• Safety oriented
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• 1 Year experience operating a Forklift
• Overhead Crane experience a plus
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
