Job Title: General Laborer – Metal Recycling Plant

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our metal recycling facility in Rogers. This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must be comfortable working with metal materials and have strong tape measure and basic measuring skills.

Responsibilities:

• Sort, measure, and handle various types of metal

• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure

• Load and unload materials as needed

• Assist with cutting, stacking, and organizing metal

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements:

• Strong tape measure and measuring skills (required)

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods

• Basic math skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work outdoors and in an industrial environment

• Previous experience in recycling, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus, but not required
