Spotter Job Description:

A rapidly growing logistics and distribution warehouse is hiring for full-time, evaluation-to-hire Spotter. They are searching for committed, hardworking, team, and career-oriented individuals to join their team. Once hired on, some additional benefits with this company include 401k with a 3% match, quarterly bonuses, productivity bonuses, paid holiday, paid vacation, and steel toe reimbursement. This position requires a CDL license and at least 3 years of spotter experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• On and offload freight
• Move trailers to and from loading bays
• Help facilitate flow of traffic

 

Schedule and Pay:

• Wed-Sun 5:30am-3:30pm
• $21/hour

Qualifications:

•  Ability to work independently or with others
• Detailed oriented and ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Attendance and punctuality are critical success factors

 

Requirements:

• CDL
• At least 3 years of previous spotter experience
• Drug Screen
• Background Check
• High School Diploma/GED
