Premier company in Whitesboro is recruiting for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialists to generate sales appointments. A leader in the home improvement industry is in need of several money-motivated, well-spoken team players to be the first point of contact for potential new customers. There is no selling involved. You must be personable, assertive and polite.


The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for lead creation and development to support the sales staff and continued customer care.


Daily / Weekly Tasks

  • Contacting prospects and leads via telephone to offer appointments
  • Following up with prospects via text message and email
  • Sending appointment reminder email and texts as necessary
  • Maintaining digital contact records
  • Writing thank you cards and performing follow up calls

Field Marketing Tasks

  • Work off-site events as scheduled

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Be punctual, positive and self-motivated
  • Have great phone etiquette
  • Communicate clearly

Part-time shift is weekdays 2-6pm and every other Saturday 9am-1pm. $17 per hour - lucrative bonus program available based on weekly and monthly performance!
