Building Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

A housing cooperative provider is looking for an Building Maintenance Technician to support their service department. This is an Direct Hire.

What you’ll be doing as the Building Maintenance Technician

• Efficiently complete maintenance tickets encompassing tasks such as drywall and paint repairs, appliance troubleshooting and repair, as well as minor plumbing and electrical fixes.
• Execute snow removal operations using specialized equipment like a snow blower or a golf cart with a plow attachment, ensuring safe and clear pathways during winter seasons.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, with a commitment of one week on duty followed by one week off. This ensures prompt response and resolution of any emergency maintenance issues outside regular working hours.

What we look for in a Building Maintenance Technician

• 1+ years in a building maintenance role
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
