Pay Range: $20-$25/Hour

Position Description: This is a hands-on, full-time role that demands strong communication skills and a process-driven mindset. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, product inspection, and inventory cycle counting while collaborating closely with manufacturing to ensure timely order fulfillment. The primary operations take place in an air-conditioned facility, and the owner will provide training as necessary.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain product quality through vigilant inspection processes.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Quickly learn and follow existing operations, systems, and methods.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and systems as needed.
- Learn and utilize software required for business operations, including QuickBooks and shipping software.

Warehouse Activities:
- Inspection: Scrutinize saws coming off the production line, ensuring accurate placement in inventory locations (requires excellent eyesight and attention to detail).
- Receiving: Reconcile item receipts against purchase orders and organize items in final locations.
- Packaging: Prepare orders according to sales order requirements.
- Shipping: Conduct final inspections, laser etching, packaging, shipping, and invoicing.
