Job Title: Mechanical Insulator/Field Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and trainable individual to join a local company's team as a Mechanical Insulator/Field Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for insulating piping and ducts, cutting and measuring materials, and working closely with local contractors. This position requires a candidate with a keen ability to learn, a basic understanding of industrial or construction processes, proficiency in using tools, and excellent measurement skills.

Responsibilities:

• Insulate piping and ducts in accordance with project specifications.
• Cut and measure insulation materials to fit specific project requirements.
• Collaborate with local contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to complete insulation tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
• Work with a sense of urgency to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Trainable and eager to learn new skills.
• Basic understanding of industrial or construction processes (relevant experience preferred).
• Proficient in using various tools and equipment.
• Strong measurement skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.

Compensation: Starting at $18-$20 per hour, with the potential for increases based on performance and experience.
