Job Summary
Responsible for supporting your assigned property by assisting with resident relations and property program duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationship with residents
• Collect rent payments and enter data into the property management system
• Respond to maintenance requests
• Assist in enforcement of community rules/guidelines
• Prepare move-in files for new tenants

Qualifications

• High school diploma or a GED
• Affordable housing background
