Operations Supervisor
Located in Holland, MI
Salary: $23-26/hr BOE
A local Holland company needs an Operations Supervisor to join their team. In this position you will be working with customers and employees to insure the highest level of quality and service.
Operations Supervisor Highlights
- 2nd shift
- $23-26/hr BOE
- Uphold and carry out Safe Feed/Safe Food Certification and HACCP initiatives
- Schedule employees to ensure production and quality goals
- Lead the feed manufacturing team
- Assist with product procurement decisions and daily inventory management
- Option for contract to hire or direct hire
Qualifications for Receiving:
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent industry experience)
- Able to lift up to 75lbs throughout shift
- Knowledge of feed industry, including mill processes, receiving, grinding, batching, palleting, and load out
- Feed Mill or Agricultural experience preferred
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday ( hours to be determined )
