Electrical Mechanical Technician

If you have electro/mechanical experience with drive experience including: ABB, Siemens or Uni-Drive, plus 3 years of manufacturing experience...this opportunity is for you!!

 

We are looking for an Electrical Mechanical Technician for a client in the Duncan, SC area. 

 

Duties:

 

Troubleshoot and maintain custom electro-mechanical equipment.

Troubleshoot and de-bug PLC programs with varying levels of complexity.

Provide effective electrical troubleshooting of electrical and electronic circuits.

Perform preventative maintenance on plant systems and equipment. 

 

Requirements:

 

Possess working knowledge of adjustable speed AC and DC drives and motors.

 

Knowledge of electrical, computer skills and ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.

This is a great 1st shift opportunity which starts as an hourly position, and once hired by the client will move into a salaried role. 

 

Starting pay is $20 per hour...and when moved to salary will be between $45k-$50k per year.  

 

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am- 5pm

 

PPE: Ear plugs, safety glasses and steel toes.
