We are currently searching for a qualified and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a metal company in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
Duties:- Answer client and customer phone calls/questions regarding materials and shipments. - Creating and distributing client and customer quotes for services.- Maintaining cleanliness of reception area. - Routing inbound and outbound calls and inquiries to the correct department(s).
Requirements:- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.- Similar Customer Service experience preferred.- Must have experience using multi-line phone system. - Must be able to operate office equipment and machinery.
