Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Housekeeper Lead for a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! 

Duties include:

• Perform thorough daily inspections of tenant rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping associates to ensure they provide exceptional service. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and manage the availability of cleaning materials and equipment. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient supplies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for housekeeping staff. Provide constructive feedback, identify areas for improvement, and recognize exceptional performance.
• Encourage teamwork and effective communication among housekeeping staff. Foster a culture of accountability, responsibility, and excellence.
• Address and resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and service. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing housekeeping associates. Ensure that all staff members are well-versed in cleaning protocols and customer service standards.

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment.
