Temporary Customer Service Representative

Pay: $22.00 / hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description:

Answer 6-line telephone, direct calls, and field multiple calls from customers about order status
Engage in professional and friendly communications with customers, building a rapport with them
Actively listen to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate actions
Facilitate special requests from accounts and explore options available to support them
Manage primary e-mail account to disseminate and answer e-mails regarding orders and products
Receive orders and facilitate changes with our Art Department prior to the final approval process
Proofread, with high attention to detail, for entering accurate data into the system
Remain current on product offerings, pricing and timeline required to receive product
Manage Veterans memorial orders with government agency
Other duties as assigned (when applicable):
- - Provide support with shipping quotes and coordinate with in-house team and vendors
  - Provide support and training to accounts as needed with our on-line order system
  - Provide support to the sales team as needed with walk-in retail sales of memorials

Job Requirements:

Display excellent oral and written communication skills
Remain calm and courteous under pressure
Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance with an 8:00-5:00 schedule
Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
Exhibit a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in the midst interruptions
