Media company is seeking to hire a front-line associate to serve internal and external customers. The final candidate will be professional, courteous and energetic and motivated to grow with a locally-owned company with 170 years of history serving the region.

This position requires computer skills and a knowledge of finance and accounting procedures, as well as organizational expertise and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in-person and via telephone
  • Support advertising team with client relations
  • Provide help to finance with:
  • Accounts receivable
  • Collections
  • General billing
  • Product audits
  • Support distribution team with day-to-day operations
  • Oversee and manage office inventory

College degree or commensurate work experience preferred

Job Types: Part-time

Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour
