Customer Service Representative

 

Shift: 8a-5p
Pay: $21/hr
Where: East side of Indianapolis

Duties:

• Answer phones and direct calls to correct party
• Log customer orders in CRM
• Actively promotes and onboards customers to EDI (electronic ordering) 
• Communicate with customers on all order updates
• Support inside Salespeople with communication to warehouse regarding orders shipped out of the warehouses

Qualifications:

• Data entry skills with great attention to detail
• Highschool diploma
• Proficiency is MS Office and CRM software
• Can perform as part of a team and prioritize tasks
