We are currently looking for a Metal Fabricator in Zionsville, IN. This role would be great for someone who has previous work experience in operating Roll Form Machines or Metal Fabrication. Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: Starts at $18.00/ Hour

What will you be doing as a Metal Fabricator/ Roll Form Machine Operator?

• Set-up and operate roll forming machines to produce metal components according to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings, including roll speeds, feeding mechanisms, and cutting tools, to achieve desired product dimensions and quality.
• Load coils of metal into the roll forming machines and ensure proper alignment and feeding.
• Monitor the production process, inspecting formed components for accuracy and quality.
• Make necessary adjustments to the machine settings or tooling to correct any defects or deviations.
• Perform routine maintenance on roll forming equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtown.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that may arise during the production process.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.
• Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, production quantities, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
