Machine Operator - First Shift

Location: Lancaster

Pay: $18.10/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of products.
• Pour liquid into mold tray using an automated dispensing machine.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of machines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good eye-hand coordination.
• Willingness to participate in job development training.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to understand written and verbal communication.
• Manual and finger dexterity.
• Ability to learn the inner workings of the molding process.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand all day with limited movement.
• Bending and twisting as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand in one place for an extended amount of time.

Equipment Used:

• Automated machines.

Work Environment:

• Clean, comfortable work environment.

Dress Code:

• Casual clothes.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
