The primary emphasis of the Recruiter is on filling high volume job orders and inside sales activities. Matching people to jobs that are a good fit and providing local companies with a workforce that meets their needs is the goal of the  Recruiter.

Recruiter are expected to build and maintain a strong core of associates with a variety of job skills and be in a position to fill job orders quickly and efficiently on a daily basis in Office and Professional Services staffing. 

Recruiter must use consultative sales techniques as they persistently make sales contacts. Strong phone and interpersonal skills are essential.
