In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service to our clients by answering phones, assisting with billing inquiries, and managing insurance accounts. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls professionally and assist clients with billing inquiries.
• Navigate and learn our internal data entry system to update client information accurately.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
