Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled SolidWorks/CAD Designer to join a well-known manufacturing company in Lincoln, NE. This is a 1st shift opportunity with pay up to $24/hr. Ideal candidates for this position will have previous experience with drafting and design and will be dependable and reliable team players. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential to turn into a long-term career!

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Utilize SolidWorks or CAD to produce shop drawings and/or models based off of blueprints, specifications, proposals, etc.
• Receive revision requests and make adjustments to work as necessary
• Adhere to predetermined project schedules
• Maintain drafting log
• Ensure that drawings and models are in compliance with industry standards
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Associates Degree in a related field required
• 2+ years of experience with SolidWorks and/or CAD required
• Must be ale to read and understand blueprints and specifications
• Organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Pay up to $24/hr
• Employees paid weekly!
