Position: Branch Operations Representative (Teller)

Location: New Boston, TX

Hours: M-F 8-5 / 8-6 rotating months. One Saturday a month 8-12

• Performing routine banking transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing for customers accurately and efficiently. Teller transactions may also include accepting loan payments, processing account transfers, and issuing cashier''s checks or money orders.
• Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate balancing of cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift. Teller duties involve counting and verifying cash, coins, and checks to prevent discrepancies and maintain the bank''s security standards.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, providing account information, explaining banking products and services, and resolving any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Teller personnel must deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Collaborating with other bank employees, such as branch managers, loan officers, and customer service representatives, to address customer needs, resolve issues, and provide a seamless banking experience. Teller personnel often work as part of a team to achieve branch goals.
• Staying updated with changes in banking products, services, policies, and industry regulations through training and professional development opportunities. Teller employees may be required to participate in ongoing learning programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

 Candidate must have previous cash handling experience and exceptional customer service
