This is part of a rotating 3-person team. Worker will be expected to perform the following duties:
Scale operation: Rapidly and accurately input carcass ID and grading information into the grading scale. Operator will need to recognize and understand proper tagging procedures.
Carcass Preparation: Moving/repositioning the carcass in order to take needed images while on the chain.
Camera operation: Required to learn and fully understand the function of the grading camera. Operator will be expected to ensure that a precise image is taken of the best representative side of a carcass at normal chain speed.
Environment: This is a cold environment on the floor, jackets and gloves will be provided. Areas can be cold, wet, fast paced.
Qualifications: warehouse/floor production (meats/food) is a plus, but no specific experience necessary, can and will be trained on the job. Experience with camera/scales and its software strongly preferred.
