We have three different accounting positions available for one company!!!

Pay is based on experience!!!!

Starting at $18.00 per hour

Job Title 1: Payroll - Temp to Hire 

  • Must have ADP experience
  • Data Entry
  • Union Payroll - preferred

Job Title 2: Billing/Invoicing - Temp to Hire

  • Create Work Orders and help track Work Orders
  • Issue PO’s
  • Track, Collect and Total Work Order Tickets
  • Track Invoices for Industrial PO’s
  • Issue Monthly and Bi-Weekly Billing

Job Title 3: General Accountant - Temporary (Accounting Degree preferred)

  • Pricing for materials and job buyout
  • Help with submittals and Job closeout, O&M’s and such
  • Learn Accu-Bid System, become system Admin for updates
  • Assist with Travel Plans, Bookings, Trade Show Registrations, Online Credit Card Purchases
  • Assist with gathering W9’s, Insurance Certificates, Tax Exemption Sheets and Quarterly updates of Systems like Cogni-Box
  • Continue to work with Clients on setting up Construction in their Accounting Systems

 

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
