We are looking for an On-Site Recruiting Specialist who is self-motivated, eager, and has the passion for helping people reach their goals! This individual will oversee our Louisville location(s).

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ONSITE RECRUITING SPECIALIST:

• Effectively meeting the staffing and/or training needs of a major Express Client, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Delivers high quality service to the customer and hourly associates.
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks.
• Monitor attendance of employees.
• Process and assist with Workers Compensation claims.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills for the Onsite Recruiting Specialist Position:

• High School diploma required.
• Proven leadership/success in a previous role.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build/enhance successful business partnerships.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role, customer service, recruiter/staffing specialist, or onsite role.
• Must have great communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in performing background checks, I 9, and E-Verify.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
