Customer Service Representatives, $17/hr
Located in Noblesville, IN
We are doing some exciting things with an Insurance Company in Noblesville who has asked us to help them staff a new customer service center for them. They need 10+ Customer Service Representatives to make outbound quality assurance calls to customers who filed insurance claims. You will confirm that customers received great service and capture their feedback. When necessary, you will escalate customer concerns for resolution.
Pay: as a Customer Service Representative, you will be paid $17.00 per hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm, with some flexibility to match your schedule.
Work will be performed on-site.
What skills and experience will you have to be a Customer Service Representative?
- Prior experience working with customers. Outbound call center experience is a plus!
- A pleasant phone voice.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with Zoom for phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Excellent data entry skills.
This engagement will start as contract-to-hire as our client kicks off this new customer service center.
