Do you have the following experience?

• Should be able to handle a high level of phone calls
• Should be able to work both as a team and independently
• Decision making experience is required!
• Previous customer service experience is a must!
• Should have a “can do” attitude and be reliable
• Must have excellent computer skills (MS office, typing, and navigating between 2 monitors)
• We also have a quick, ever-changing environment that requires this role to be open to switching gears and taking on new tasks as the needs arise.

About the Job:

• Responsible for making/taking high level of phone calls (outbound AND inbound) every day
• Completing phone and in-person interviews for applicants for a variety of positions
• Sourcing, emailing, texting, and calling candidates to reach them at their convenience
• Entering interview information into the system and detailing the candidate as best as possible
• Must be okay working towards individual goals but also contributing to team goals

Compensation:

• $38,500
• Paid PTO and holidays
• Multiple affordable Health Plans that include Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance
• 401K match of 3% of total compensation (match not required) as well as a profit share plan after one year
