General Labor Associate - $3,000 bonus 2nd shift

Express Employment Professionals in Albertville is helping a client in the Maple Lake area in their search for some General Labor Associates.  This is a second shift position where you can enjoy a 3 day weekend!  Hours are M-Th 3:45pm- 1:45am. Starting pay is $20/hr.  For second shift only there is a $3,000 bonus.  The first $1,000 will be paid out when you are hired on by our client and the remaining $2,000 after an additional 60 days.

• Operate work equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations
• You will be assisting in a team to make molds, trim & inspect the product
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members
• Help participate in the training of team members.
• You will be assisting in a team to make mold and trim the product
• Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of finished product.
• Ability to lift up to 50# on occasion and in teams
• Good written and oral communication
