Location: Hutchinson, KS

We are seeking skilled welders with structural welding experience for a full-time position. Ideal candidates will have the ability to pass a weld test, read blueprints, and operate MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welders. Recent graduates with school certification are encouraged to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Join, fabricate, and repair metal using appropriate welding techniques.
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and diagrams to determine welding process.
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass inspections.
• Safely operate welding and cutting tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on welding experience or school certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with the team.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and work in hot/cold environments.
