Office Administrator / Customer Service
Located in Rochester Hills, MI
Salary: $16.00-$24.00/hr DOE
We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator with strong customer service skills to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential office support and interact daily with our customers, gaining insights into the operations of our business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Learn all aspects of daily transactions, including customer service, order and data entry, A/P, invoice processing, and A/R.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to meet or exceed customer expectations for quality, capability, and performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Professional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers, sales staff, and internal team members.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where rapid responses are the norm.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar role.
