Temporary Maintenance Technician

Salary: $18.50 - $21.50 DOE

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 5-6 week temporary property maintenance assignment. 

Shift is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm 

Pay varies dependent on experience:

Tech 1 $18.50

Tech 2 $21.50

 

Requirements: 

• must have experience with minor electrical; able to replace light switches, wire garbage disposal etc. 
• must have experience with basic plumbing; able to repair/ replace garbage disposals, replace sprinkler heads etc. 
• must have experience with drywall patching/repair and painting
• must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry up to 50lbs through out the shift. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be knowledgeable and experienced with residential and building maintenance 
• Must be polite, professional and have excellent customer service
• Must be able to work with an communicate with all
• Must have excellent listening and communication skills
• Must meet hiring criteria for working in care facilities and peoples homes
