We are working with a client in Redmond, OR. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and self-motivation. This is a Full-Time position with working hours ranging from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, adaptable to business requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer care throughout all stages of interaction
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers
• Coordinate job scheduling
• Facilitate job reminders and maintain customer communication
• Compile information, generate punch lists, and arrange schedules as necessary
• Handle invoicing for completed projects
• Monitor accounts receivable status
• Manage collections activities, including snapshots and collection correspondence
• Assist customers with job preparations and provide necessary information
• Gather color preferences and job details, maintaining accurate records
• Update customer profiles and oversee material ordering
• Streamline and optimize processes for improved efficiency

Requirements:

• Proficiency in computer usage, with a strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications
• Background in delivering exceptional customer service
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Self-motivated approach to tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Driven to achieve tangible results

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of prior experience in an office setting
• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience within a service-based company or related industry
