Express is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to work in a shop that serves the tool and die industry. This 4th generation owned family business provides the highest level of quality and they are looking for a qualified Industrial Maintenance Mechanic candidate who shares this commitment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the strong possibility of becoming the Lead Maintenance Mechanic in 1-2 years!
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour or more depending on experience, with room for growth!
1st shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday with Saturdays and daily overtime when necessary to meet business demands.
Ideal Maintenance Mechanic candidate will have:
- 1 year or longer of recent industrial machine maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair
- Industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and or pneumatic skills and experience
- Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more as needed
- Good attitude, self-motivated with a desire to learn
- Attention to details and quality
- Regularly on time with good attendance
- Have your own tools
- Welding experience is a plus but not required
- Hi-lo experience preferred but not required
