Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 a year

A telecommunications company is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer located in the Winchester VA area. This is a fast paced position with a company that promotes and encourages professional development and growth. This position is full time Monday to Friday 8:30am 5pm with compensation starting at $125,000 a year and is based on experience.

 

The ideal Cyber Security Engineer candidate will be experienced in threat detection, proposing remediations, and will have experience with scanning and penetration test tools. Must know network security and IP Networking. They must also have hands on experience with configuring and managing firewalls. 

Candidates will need to have a bachelor’s degree in cyber security and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in cyber security 

This is a hybrid position and must be willing to commute to Winchester VA a couple days a week.
