We are actively recruiting for a LINE COOK for a local upscale hotel. 

The shift will be 3-4 shifts per week from 3pm-11pm. Weekend shifts are likely! 

$16.00-$17.00 DOE 

Job Duties: 

• Large batch lunch/dinner preparation for buffet and banquet setting. 
• Food preparation and proper storage 
• Unloading of delivery trucks
• Assist Chef for additional culinary needs
• Responsible for keeping workstation clean and sanitized
• Proper knife and kitchenware skills
• Adheres to all food safety and handling requirements

Requirements:

• SafeServ / Food Handler card required
• Minimum 6-12 months line cook experience or Associates degree in Culinary Arts
• Maintain high standard of personal hygiene 
• Requires standing or walking for length of shift
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Demonstrates initiative and self starter with attention to job quality and details
